6% for a Realtor? Not this century. How about $93 instead?

It’s not easy to sell a home by owner but I’ve done it several times personally and it’s been easy, quick and worth it.  How did I do it?  Well, I have access to the MLS.  Right now you may have your home listed on KSL, Craigslist, Zillow or any number of other places.  The reason these sites aren’t very effective is because they don’t do a good job of building trust.  They often contain inaccurate, outdated, and even scam listings.   Furthermore, statistically, buyers usually look at a lot of homes over a long period and it is difficult for working adults to set up appointments with owners individually.  A buyer agent builds trust quickly and makes the process so much more convenient and doesn’t charge the buyer anything extra for the service.
Most sellers realize the value in a buyer’s agent and are willing to compensate them.  Realistic, serious sellers simply don’t want to pay a listing agent commission.  Like I said, I don’t either.  It’s ridiculous to pay someone 3% of the value of your home just post your home on the MLS and maybe do an open house if you’re lucky.  If that seems excessive to you, you’re not alone.  The truth is that no matter how slick or high pressure the sales pitch of a listing agent, the #1 tool (and perhaps the only truly effective tool) they have is access to the MLS… the most powerful, accurate, trusted tool for home buyers and sellers the world has ever known.
What you need is access to the MLS without paying 3% for it and that is exactly what you will get with FlatFee93.com.  FlatFee93.com will allow you to put your property on the MLS for as little as $93.  I’ve paid more than that for a classified ad to sell a car before!   For just $180 you can list your home on the MLS for over a year!  Many Realtors pay more than that in transaction fees just to sell their own homes (I have in the past).  This will give you the missing piece to sell your property as fast as possible and best of all, it will stop Realtors from bugging you anymore about listing your property!
Take it from someone who’s done it several times over the years: Get your property on the MLS A.S.A.P and receive the step-by-step directions and all the documents you will need without the huge price tag. Please don’t let anyone (even if they have an enormous balloon full of their own hot air) convince you that you NEED a professional who will somehow be worth 6%.
FlatFee93.com is owned by Hunter Group Realty which also offers full service, steeply discounted full service traditional realty for those who prefer to just let a professional handle everything. (Flat fee of $2,500 due only at closing regardless of sales price).
You can do it yourself fast and effectively and we can help you do it better and faster for a fair, super-low price.  Visit FlatFee93.com and get your home listed TODAY using the simple online form.

Isn't it safer to use an agent that will charge 6% and do everything?  This is like asking whether it's safer to use have someone cut your lawn for you or mow it yourself.   If the landscaper shows up on time, does a good job and doesn't mess anything up, then yes, it's safer for you to hire someone if you have the money.  The problem is that just because you're paying someone a lot of money doesn't mean they'd do a better job then you would yourself.  Flat Fee Realtors will do what you can't do for yourself for a very reasonable fee which is to get your home on the MLS where it can be seen my the maximum number of people possible and will guide YOU to help sell your own home including providing all the required documents etc.  The best flat fee Realtor in Utah is FlatFee93.com.  For the very best rates and the service you need to sell yourself with a little help check out flatfee93.com.

DISCOUNT REALTOR

If you are like a lot of people today, you probably don't want to spend a lot of money on a real estate agent.  You were the one working on your home on weekends.  You were the one who replaced that garage door and tiled that floor and you deserve to  be compensated for it.  If you have a fairly average $250,000 home, you are looking at paying $15,000 or more in commissions to an average real estate agent just to post an ad on the MLS and arrange some showings and hopefully a closing.

To have the best chance of a quick sale you should at least get your property on the local MLS. This requires a Realtor... but you don't want to use a Realtor. Well, you have to to get on the MLS.  You need to remember that what you hate is expensive commissions, not Realtors.... although you may hate getting contacted by them soliciting for listings every day while you try to sell by owner. Since the commission is the problem, you just need to find a Realtor that doesn't charge a commission.  Believe it or not, there are some out there.  Here in Utah, the best discount/flat fee Realtor site is FlatFee93.com.  Although a real Realtor, there is no listing commission whatsoever and just a flat fee of $156.  Compared to the $7500 listing commission above (3% to a buyers agent and 3% to the listing agent, this is a fantastic deal.
